WhatsApp invitations
Nobody in Nairobi is waiting on a posted invitation. Work down your guest list one guest at a time, with each message personalised and your website link attached — and keep track of who you've already sent to.
Each message opens in WhatsApp addressed to that guest by their first name, with your names, the event, the date and venue, and a link to your website filled in. Write your own wording or use ours — and aim the invitation at a specific event when only some guests are coming.
Type a number however you keep it — 0712 345 678, +254 712 345 678, 254712345678 — and it resolves to the right chat. No reformatting a spreadsheet before you can start.
We open the chat with the message ready; you send it yourself, from your own WhatsApp. Nothing is dispatched on your behalf and no guest hears from a number they don't recognise. Each one you send is marked off, so you can stop halfway and pick up exactly where you left.
